Departamentos K&B Apartment - Playa del Carmen

Our apartment was beautiful close enough to restaurants/bars, the beach and the main road and famous 5th Avenue. Had comfortable bed, ironing facilities, a work desk, and a couch bed for our needs.

The spacious private bathroom was a highlight. The location in a quiet area just off famous 5th Avenue and near the beaches was perfect. The staff were extremely helpful and kind, which enhanced our stay.

Peaceful setting near the center of 5th Avenue between two beautiful beaches. And it is close to restaurants. For nice desserts try the cupcake boutique, situated 700 feet away.

I liked the apartment though some things didn't work.

our stay at K&B apartments was even better than our previous stay in Playa del Carmen. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with a safe and comfortable place for 7 nights. The location was ideal, just a short walk to 5th Avenue, and the cleanliness of the entire house was top-notch. Highly recommended!

Big apartment just next door to famous 5th Avenue, Beaches, night life and Playa Del Carmen. Particularly good location to a big supermarket, terrace with city view. Amazingly nice staff and host.

The location of the hotel is ideal, as it is near the center of 5th Avenue between two beautiful beaches. You can easily walk to the bustling downtown area filled with shops, restaurants, and bars. there is a big supermarket just a short distance away, making it convenient for any grocery needs.

The water pressure in the taps was poor and the temperature in the shower was unstable, fluctuating from cold to hot in short cycles.

The location of this place is very convenient, close to the beach, shops, and the city center.

I had a perfect stay and even received a complimentary wake-up service in a great location.

The hosts were incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to answer our questions and provide assistance. The kitchen was well-equipped and allowed us to prepare our own meals. Additionally, the beds were spacious and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The location of the hotel was convenient, with key attractions and amenities within easy reach. One more advantage was the prompt resolution of any issues we encountered during our stay.

One drawback was the limited amount of natural light in the room due to the small window. Additionally, there were occasional problems with the hot water in the shower, although the hosts were quick to address these concerns.

Great location! This place is right in the middle of all the action, with lots of local restaurants, shops, and supermarkets nearby. You can easily grab a bite to eat or stock up on supplies. Plus, there's a big supermarket just around the corner. 🏙️

Water dispenser, comfortable bed, electric stove, mini bar, couch, chairs. Fell in love with the place, welcoming owner, quick responses, 9-night stay. Helpful owner's wife. Central location, quiet and safe street. Large bathrooms and massive shower. 10-minute walk to city center. Close to supermarkets and pharmacies. Pleasant stay, grateful to hosts.

My partner and I spent two weeks at Departamentos K&B, working from home. The hosts were extremely accommodating and responsive, going above and beyond to meet our needs. The apartment was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. The location was perfect, close to great food spots and just a short walk from the beach. We even had the option to switch apartments for better working conditions. We wish we could have stayed longer!

Would definitely recommend this hotel.
